If you do not have insurance, my rate is $170 for a 55-minute session for mental health therapy. This means that you pay this fee at the time the service is offered. Please see below for insurance information.   
 
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I am in-network as a provider with Premera/Lifewise, Regence, and First Choice Health, and considered an ‘out-of-network’ provider for all other insurance companies. I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurer at your request. You're responsible for knowing your insurance benefits and reimbursement rate.  

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please note that I will need at least 24-hours notice. You will be billed a $75 late cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 24-hours of your pre-scheduled appointment.
